Position

Deputy Manager, Documentation, Integrated Development Programme (Contractual)


Job Description/Responsibilities:

  • Prepare project documentation, qualitative case study, write project story in different social media (BRAC affiliated). 
  • Develop project operational strategy, implementation guideline and relevant circulars.
  • Develop client appropriate products and services.
  • Visit field offices, roll out campaign and participate in team work to ensure proper implementation with efficiency and effectiveness, learning documentation, audio-visual documentation and knowledge management support to the internal and external project interest group. At least 50% time need to invest in the field (Haor areas).
  • Provide overall field supervision, technical and logistic support to IDP programme to ensure smooth operation of BRAC Shakti project
  • Field data collection, data analysis and prepare monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual progress report for programme management, partner and donor.
  • Maintain regular communication with BRAC Social Innovation Lab and bKash for technical support on SHAKTI Project smooth operation.
  • Support project consultant and BRAC Social Innovation Lab (SIL) for monitoring & evaluation and study on SHAKTI Project immediate result.
  • Planning of implementation of the activities depending on target with timeline and oversee all project activities.
  • Liaison with the Government Officials, NGOs, project participants and relevant stakeholders.
  • Conduct training to develop technical skill for the staff and the client on mobile financial services and technology.
  • Write event news and success story etc. for program publication, documentation and communication.
  • This position will link with PO (SHAKTI, ADC, SS-MF, UDC, Senior Manager Training) for smooth operation and project documentation.
  • Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
  • Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Requirements

Educational Requirements:

MSS/ MDS/ MBA or Masters in any relevant subject from reputed university.

Experience Requirement:

At least 02 years’ experience in MFI’s or mobile financial services institute. Experience in DFS/ MF operations and NGO’s/ Development sector is preferable.
