Position

Programme Organiser, Integrated Development Programme (Project Staff)


Job Description/Responsibilities:

  • Organize meeting project participants for building awareness and create group for savings
  • Mobilize clients to open bKash wallet, create savings and transact digitally through mobile
  • Organize meeting, training and workshop on Mobile Financial Services and savings behavior at field level
  • Provide technical support to client on mobile money operation and solve technical and mobile money accounts (bKash account) related problem.
  • Regular communication with bKash agent and local level bKash support system
  • Ensure day to day target achievement, monthly progress reporting and support Area Development Coordinator and relevant management
  • Write up event news, success story, case story etc. for program publication, documentation and communications
  • Solve account related challenges, such as (Account blocking, dormant, account re-opening) as per need
  • Ensure COVID 19 health safety protocols (awareness, use mask, social distancing, hand washing, motivate for vaccination) to project participants at community level 
  • Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment. 
  • Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Educational Requirements:

Masters' Degree from any recognized university

Experience in mobile money activity operation and NGO activity will be treated as advantage but not mandatory
