Requirements
Educational Requirements:
Bachelors/Masters in any subject from any recognised university with minimum 2nd division/class or equivalent GPA/CGPA in all academic examinations.
Experience Requirement:
Minimum 05 years’ experience in National/International NGO including minimum 04 years in Managerial Position.
Additional Requirements:
- Sound knowledge in management and technical knowledge in informal and formal skills sectors.
- Excellent managerial, planning and project management skills.
- Efficiency in quality report writing and reviewing.
- Competencies in training conduction and awareness raising.
- Proficiency in using different computer applications.
