Position

Sales Executive, Institutions (Aarong Dairy)

Job Description/Responsibilities:

  • Create and find new Institutional Customer and increase market coverage
  • Regularly Institutional customer visit, order collection and submit to demand collection section
  • Ensure demand and proper product delivery to the institutional customer and coordinate to factory for this issue
  • Payment collection from customer and/or ensure online deposit collection of customer to the BDFP accounts
  • Develop trade relationship with corporate and industrial customers
  • Follow up industry practice and inform to the management accordingly
  • Sales plan for achieving target and decisions implementation in the field as per official instruction
  • Implementation of promotional activities in the field to boost up sales
  • Prepare and submit monthly sales report with analysis & accounts receivable statement to the concerned person
  • Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
  • Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Requirements

Educational Requirements:

Candidates should have Graduation/ Post Graduation from any government approved institute with minimum GPA or CGPA 2.50 or 2nd division/ class or equivalent result in all academic examinations

Experience Requirement:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant field.
  • Experience in FMCG (Food & Beverage) will be given preference.

Additional Requirements:

  • Must have the skill of multitasking
  • Must have the ability to work under pressure
