Project Officer, Health Centre; Health, Nutrition and Population Programme (HNPP)

Job Description/Responsibilities:

Select and acquire new site/ centre following the market feasibility report and getting it duly approved by the concerned personnel from the programme within required time
Develop new centre as per the designed architectural drawing with the help of engineering department
Maintain close relation with the regulatory officer of concerned area/ head office for every kind of licensing issue
Prepare and develop the annual/ quarterly/ monthly purchase plan related to various activities of the programme with the help of supervisor to ensure on-track business performance
Ensure accurate demand, supply and purchase of medicine with other additional items to the centre by maintaining the process of supply chain/ procurement
Ensure quarterly/ monthly inventory/ stock check of individual centres having frequent field visit to avoid the loss or damage of the stock
Assist to prepare and deliver the monthly/ quarterly revenue target to the field operation manager on time
Follow up centre-wise monthly expenses as per approved monthly budget
Ensure regular and on-demand reporting (revenue, MIS) to the management
Ensure administrative activities of all centres and field operation of all employees are running smoothly and accurately
Assist to organize various workshop and training to improve the capacity of field staff
Maintain relationship with other community stakeholders, and local healthcare organizations to track their activities
Establish a safeguarding culture across all level of the programme by implementing the safeguarding policy. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
Responsible to ensure team members are appropriately trained, supported and have access to resources regarding issues that are identified and actioned in accordance with the safeguarding policy and procedure
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so



Educational Requirements: BBA / BPharm from any recognised university with minimum 2nd division/ class or equivalent GPA/ CGPA in all academic examinations. Candidates having MBA will get preference


Experience Requirement: Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in the field conservation and development is required

Additional Requirements:
Firm understanding on community development and health eco system
Expertise in self-reliant and participatory development process
Good communication in Bangla and English
Should be adaptable, energetic and should have a positive attitude towards work
Should have the ability to manage complexities
Must be able to work under pressure
Adequate skills in various computer applications
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, including the ability to work effectively with colleagues at different levels of the organization
