Job Purpose

To review and analyse the quality of products, services / process, identify areas of improvement, ensure compliance and maintain customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete and monitor action plans to support service development and continuous improvement
  • Ensure field visit to monitor collection quality at chilling centers, check the quality of raw milk, data quality and various register at chilling centers
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations
  • Develop and implement the quality control procedures and guidelines to improve overall product quality
  • Monitor and analyse milk collection processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions
  • Check cleanliness and hygienic condition of CC/CP and all equipment involved in raw milk collection
  • Conduct training programs on quality raw milk collection, storing, hygiene and sanitation of CC/CP and equipment related to raw milk collection for the employees
  • Check the quality of chemical, reagent and lab apparatus involved in raw milk collection and checking CIP of RMT, BMC and other equipment related to raw milk collection.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of quality control activities, test results and take corrective measure
  • Perform any other task as and when required by the respective authority

  • Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
  • Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Educational Requirements

The candidate must have a bachelor degree in Dairy Science/Chemistry or Food Science with minimum CGPA 2.5 or 2nd division/ class or equivalent result in all academic examinations from any recognised university
