Job Purpose

As a Senior Officer, Graphic Design the incumbent will focus on designing and developing various digital and print materials to strengthen brand identity and value creation. It involves creating engaging visual content for social media, websites, and marketing materials while ensuring consistency and innovation. Additionally, the position requires multimedia editing, motion graphics, and collaboration with stakeholders to deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop different DTP like brochures, leaflet, educational materials, books, magazines, posters etc. for brand-building and value-creation activities
• Develop graphics content for programme-related social media pages, blogs & website 
• Develop graphics for product illustrations, logos to give organizations a visual 'brand'
• Meeting relevant person to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the material and design on hand
• Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts and developing interactive design
• Accomplish different audio and video editing tasks when required
• Creating motion/animation on different stories
• Produce and deliver accurate, high-quality work with proper planning and within set deadlines

SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
• Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
• Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional Job Requirements

• Skilled in preparing creative flair, originality and a strong visual sense
• An interest in graphics and typography
• Strong computer skills in relevant tools
